Job Description : HVAC Chiller Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Chiller Technician to join our client's team. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are looking to be a part of the best culture in the industry.

Responsibilities :

• Perform chiller service in commercial and industrial settings
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on chillers, RTU, air handlers, split systems, chilled water, VAV, and fan coils
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies

Essential Job Functions :

• Inspect and evaluate chiller performance and identify any malfunctions or abnormalities
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils and replacing filters
• Repair or replace faulty components and ensure proper functioning of the chiller system
• Test HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
• Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities

Skills :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in chiller service in a commercial or industrial setting
• EPA universal certification preferred
• Proficiency in working with RTU, air handlers, split systems, chilled water, VAV, and fan coils
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
